Is that why I love it so?
I do love the synth surfaces. When the entire replace dirt tracks with synthetic tracks movement first started I was dead set against that change. Now I have taken at least a 145 degree turn and like to think that we should have at least 25-33% such tracks. Yes, some I like better than others and at the bottom of my synth wish list is Hollywood's Cushion Track. Probably because it is touted as being the closest thing to dirt because of it composition that includes organic matter.
Is this the mysterious organic matter?
The Toyota Blue Grass Stakes, along with the Arky Derby, are the last big time preps. Logic tells you that there will be some trainers that are going to really to be squeezing every last drop out of their horses this week because they must rack up a bigger money tally. Other trainers want to be absolutely sure they have some horse left for three weeks away when they Run For The Roses. I hope Michael Maker is from the latter school of thought. Yes, Hansen could romp but he could just as easily be out for little education and tightening.
My handy dandy synth ratings say both Dullahan then Ever So Lucky should love the
My top two really seem like they'll be certain to hit the board.....so you might want to toss them. I will fill out my trifecta with Howe Great, Ever So Lucky and Holy Candy.
